Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it, by emailing PalletsandPlankswi@Gmail.com

Refunds 
While we try to make sure that our inventory is accurate, if an item on your order is unavailable, then a refund for that item will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you cancel your order within the allowed time frame, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We do not offer refunds on clothing or custom items because these are made to order per your specifications. Once we have placed the order for the materials to make your item, we consider the sale final. 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at PalletsandPlanksWI@gmail.com

If damage to the product occurred during shipping, then an insurance claim needs to be filed with USPS.
